Your Appointment
Follow these steps to prepare for your visit with one of our specialists.
Appointment Notification
Patients will be notified of appointment times through phone and/or email. Please contact our office or the referring physician if you have not heard of your appointment time within 3–4 weeks.
Confirm Your Appointment
Patients are responsible for contacting the office to confirm their appointment time at least 1 week prior to the scheduled time. Email confirmation to [email protected] is preferred. Alternatively, call 1.855.236.8746 ext 3 (English) or ext 4 (Chinese) to leave a voicemail.
Need to Make Changes?
If you need to make changes after confirming an appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible.
What to Bring
- Please bring your Carecard with you.
- Please bring a list of your current medications.
Uninsured & Non-Residents
For uninsured patients and non-residents of Canada, we are able to provide consultation service at Doctors of BC rates. Please contact our office directly for more information.
