We accept referrals for all of our specialty services. To ensure the best possible care for your patient, please include relevant clinical history, investigations, and your specific consultation question when submitting a referral.
How to Submit a Referral
Referrals can be submitted in two ways:
- Via your EMR system — send directly through your electronic medical records system to our fax number.
- By fax — complete and fax our referral form to 778.379.9325.

How the Referral Process Works
Submit Your Referral
Fax or submit your referral. Include relevant clinical notes, labs, and imaging.
Triage & Scheduling
Our team reviews each referral and contacts the patient directly to schedule an appointment based on clinical urgency.
Consultation
The specialist conducts a thorough assessment and develops a management plan tailored to your patient's needs.
Consultation Report
A detailed consultation report is faxed back to the referring physician promptly following the appointment.
